Summer Loving Workshop
Join Jaime + Vanessa for a 2-hour workshop designed to help you maintain health priorities while you travel, sit dockside and settle into the dog days of summer.
Jaime Verk will teach some Ayruvedic/Yogic practices for staying happy and healthy, focused on morning and bedtime routines. She will also lead a physical practice of Kriya (cleansing) pranayama, mantra, mudra and asana, and provide a cheat sheet for a 30 minute morning movement routine
Vanessa Bond will introduce the Pegan diet and some simple detoxification tools you can use to help balance the silliness of summer entertaining. She will also serve up a digestive healing celery juice and a “liver loving” blend for you to try. There will be handouts and a cleansing meal plan you can follow.
Together, Jaime + Vanessa will give you the tools you need to maintain balance between spritzers, BBQs and fun with friends, so your health and vitality sizzles all summer long.
