Mindfulness Meditation workshops:
(Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation)
In these workshops participants have the opportunity to experience, first hand, both the basics and the benefits of mindfulness meditation. Through guided meditations and instruction, techniques are taught to create more balance, calm and ease in one’s daily life and activities.
A regular meditation practice can also help to:

- Decrease levels of blood lactate, thereby reducing anxiety
- Increase serotonin production which helps improves moods and behaviour
